UpscaleFast provides an AI-powered image upscaling service that allows users to increase the resolution of their images using Real-ESRGAN super-resolution technology. The service supports 2x, 3x, and 4x upscaling of JPG, PNG, and WebP images.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or attack our servers
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Upload images containing malware or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original images. Upscaled images produced by our service are yours to use freely for both personal and commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over any images you upload or that are produced by the service.

5. Service Limitations

• Maximum file size: 4 MB per image
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
• Maximum dimension: 6000px per side
• Images are automatically deleted within 24 hours

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that upscaling results will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

UpscaleFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data or images.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
